Who receives a million dollar gift and is ashamed of the giver? How wonderful is a clear, willing, joyful, salvation story? “Come and hear, all who fear God, and I will tell of what He has done for my soul.” (Psa 66.16 NAS); “My mouth shall tell of thy righteousness and of thy salvation all day long” (Psa 71.15 NAS).
Did Jesus use apologetics (reasons/benefits of believing) with the woman at the well? Jesus said: “But whoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” (John 4.14).
Christian apologetics are reasons to believe in God. It reminds me of a good salesman explaining the benefits of buying his product.
